Report: Tablets, mobile video are on the fast track


Mobile-TV ad sales in the U.S. are expected to more than triple from $370 million in 2010 to $1.4 billion in 2015, as the number of viewers jumps from 17.6 million to 52.5 million, PricewaterhouseCoopers is forecasting in its Global Entertainment and Media Outlook. In other segments, tablets will give a lift to U.S. newspaper’s paid digital circulation, which is projected to rise from 1.5 million last year to 4.6 million in 2015.
