Inside UFC’s social media lab

Dana White, president of Ultimate Fighting Championship, says he spends every fight night ringside, but that his heart is back in the computer-packed dressing room he calls his social media “lab.” From that hub, White and his team monitor Twitter conversations, update match clips on the UFC Facebook page and reach out to fans who have problems with tickets or pay-per-view subscriptions. “As these things are happening, I have people running around fixing all the problems that are happening that I’m reading on Twitter,” White says.
