Social media rivals e-mail for business-to-business marketing


Social media has become almost as vital a part of small and medium-sized businesses’ outreach as e-mail marketing, according to a Pitney Bowes survey. Respondents said social media marketing was the format in which they were most concerned about losing ground to rivals, and ranked it as easier to use and more cost-effective than any format other than e-mail.  eMarketer
