Global firms see 2011 boost in mobile advertising


Mobile advertising is finally on the move, according to companies from Canada, Egypt and Poland who told Reuters they have seen increasingly bullish sentiments coming from advertisers for their 2011 plans. “Across our markets we are getting this fall messages from advertisers that for 2011 they have created separate mobile budgets,” said Andrew Osis, CEO of Canada’s Poynt, a local search-based smartphone application.  Reuters
