To cope in the social-media world, business leaders need to adjust their attitudes and master certain skills, writes Don Bulmer. Stay upbeat, friendly and open; master the art of giving and accepting criticism without holding grudges; and above all don’t reflexively say anything you might later regret, Bulmer advises. “Because of the viral nature of social media — when you react or act you must do so with a sense of purpose, clarity and honesty,” Bulmer notes.  Social Media Today
