Facebook pushes “Like” button for sales boost

More e-commerce sites, including eBay and Best Buy, are adding Facebook’s “Like” button to their layouts in hopes of attracting shoppers via their friend’s recommendations. Shopping site Gilt reported a 50% rise in sales from Facebook users after introducing the button this summer.
