Some gamers don’t like new ad play in “Madden NFL”


Some gamers are up in arms over Old Spice’s reported sponsorship of a new “Swagger” rating of players in EA Sports’ forthcoming installment of its popular “Madden NFL” title. Those who object to the sponsored rating in “Madden NFL 11” say it diminishes the series’ credibility as a version of real pro football, and they would rather see a commercial interrupt the proceedings, according to this article.  Adweek
