Survey: Marketers are more upbeat, still watching wallets


Although about two in three top marketing executives are more upbeat about 2010’s prospects than they were last year, most are not seeing increases in their spending, according to a survey from the Marketing Executives Networking Group and Anderson Analytics. The poll found that nearly half didn’t envision the economy affecting their budgets, 27% said spending was being trimmed, and 24% said budgets were on the rise.  Adweek
