AOL to change logo as part of spin-off from Time Warner


AOL, as part of a rebranding effort tied to its upcoming split from parent Time Warner, is changing its logo. The triangle symbol is out, in favor of “Aol.” — meant to be read “Aol dot” — set against an array of hundreds of different backgrounds that are meant to symbolize the portal’s broad content offerings.  The New York Times
