Social nets beat e-mail in an “always on” world

E-mail is becoming archaic as our Internet usage evolves. Users no longer log on and off, and constant connectivity demands more efficient modes of communication — like Facebook and Twitter. “Thanks to Facebook, some questions can be answered without asking them,” writes Jessica E.
